Our priority is always the safety of you, your family and our team. In response to COVID-19 we have implemented procedures and standards to allow our services to start again and enable us to ‘clean safely in your home’.
One cleaner per home – initially our cleaning service will be re-introduced with one member of our team, rather than two. This will allow us to fully observe social distancing in your home and keep our team safe too.
Health Checks – we are fully up to speed with the government and NHS guidelines relating to symptom checks for COVID-19. All our team are briefed to complete a report on their health and declare any symptoms, on a daily basis.
Infection Control Training – everyone working for us already undertakes training which includes health & safety. Since the outbreak of coronavirus all members of the team had completed additional COVID-19 Infection Control Awareness & Training.
PPE – we use government guidelines on (PPE) to ensure your safety and comfort. Our team have access to PPE including gloves, aprons, sanitisers and face masks, all are trained in the safe use and removal of required PPE.
Sanitisers – will be used on areas frequently touched including light switches and door handles.
Arriving & Leaving your Home – on arrival our team will wash/sanitise their hands and on leaving will sanitise door handles to comply with guidelines and our own in-house training.
Appointment Times – we are one of the few companies who provide an allocated time slot for home cleaning. This will allow for social distancing in your home, time to make arrangements to go outside for a walk or move to another room.
Cloths – we always use clean cloths & mop heads in every house, and they are colour coded to avoid cross contamination. These cloths and mop heads are laundered at 90 degrees.
